You wouldn't know it by looking at the picture below, but Public Property is one hot reggae band, taking home its first win in our best band category. The Iowa City-based group released its fourth album, "Work to Do," in June 2009. Frontman Dave Bess trades vocals with legendary ska and roots reggae singer Federick "Toots" Hibbert on the title track.
