It’s not surprising that Iowa City’s favorite favorite bar is also home to its favorite bartender. It doesn’t take a lot of votes to win the highly fragmented category, but Rob Boulter probably would have gotten a few more if we had counted all the “Guy at Joe’s” votes we received.
